Shipping & returns

Shipping:

1. DesiKorner facilitates direct shipping from the vendor as well as from its warehouses, depending on the items and agreements with the vendors. 
2. Perishable goods are sent directly by the vendor to the consumer’s location, and typically, the shipment is organized on the day the purchase is made. It may take 3 to 7 business days from the order date. 
3. Most of the durable products are dispatched from warehouses and are packaged and shipped on the same day the order is placed. The delivery timeframe relies on the shipping priority the consumer selects at the checkout stage.

Returns:

1. DesiKorner will issue a complete reimbursement for items that were damaged during transit. Customers must present credible evidence of the damage within 3 days of receiving the shipment to be eligible for this reimbursement.
2. If the items are intact but customers want to return them for different reasons, DesiKorner will manage the returns on behalf of the sellers at their US office. There are two options for this:
   1.  DesiKorner can generate a return shipping label. Customers should use this label to return the items to DesiKorner USA Headquarters, and will be refunded fully after deducting the shipping fees for both ways for the returned items.
   2. Clients can cover their return shipping expenses and send it to DesiKorner USA. DesiKorner will refund the price of the items minus the shipping charge that the client incurred.
3. Returns will only be permitted within 10 days of the item being received. Please ensure to return the items within 10 days to qualify for a refund.
4. Food products are non-returnable.
5. DesiKorner reserves the right to deny service to customers who misuse the returns policy and may impose a permanent ban on their access to DesiKorner.
6. For regions outside the USA, including Canada and the UK, refunds will be assessed individually. If there is an error on the part of DesiKorner sellers, a refund will be granted depending on the nature of the issue.
